On average, creating a garment takes 40 to 60 business days. However, times may vary depending on the complexity of the project: some orders can be completed more quickly, while others require more time.

This is due to the need to select and order fabrics, develop a custom sketch, and organize fittings. Every step of the process requires care and attention to detail.

Additionally, if the garment involves handwork—such as embroidery or other unique artisanal elements—it will take longer to complete.

To achieve perfect results, we recommend planning your order well in advance.


Garment care, dry cleaning and alterations:

In addition to its bespoke tailoring service, Scandalo offers after-sales assistance for its garments, including professional cleaning, repairs, and restorations.

If you want to go to a dry cleaner yourself, it's important to know that our garments must be dry cleaned exclusively.

We always recommend relying on experienced professionals, capable of handling delicate fabrics and artisanal workmanship.

Is it possible to make a dress based on a customer's design?

Scandalo atelier works exclusively with original designs and does not create garments based on designs provided by the customer or inspired by collections of other brands.

Each of our garments is a unique creation, consistent with the atelier's aesthetic, and can be customized according to the customer's wishes in terms of cut, color, and fabric.
Where do your fabrics come from?

The Scandalo atelier collaborates directly with the main European suppliers of fabrics and accessories, without intermediaries.

This allows us to guarantee excellent quality and greater transparency in the costs of each garment, maintaining high craftsmanship standards at every stage of the process.
How to take care of your head?

We offer an after-sales service that includes dry cleaning, repairs, and garment restoration.

If you wish to use a dry cleaner on your own, it is important to keep in mind that garments made exclusively by the Scandalo atelier can ONLY be dry cleaned.
